What is Zumido?
Zumido is a subscription-based platform where content creators can share exclusive content with their fans. Creators set their own prices and earn money through subscriptions, tips, pay-per-view content, and custom services.
Is Zumido free to use?
Creating an account is free. As a Fan, you pay only when you subscribe to a Creator, purchase pay-per-view content, or send tips. Some Creators offer free subscriptions.
What currencies do you support?
All transactions on Zumido are in EUR (€).
What languages is Zumido available in?
Zumido is currently available in English, German (Deutsch), French (Français), and Italian (Italiano). You can change your language in your account settings.
For Fans
How do I subscribe to a Creator?
Visit the Creator's profile and click the "Subscribe" button. Choose your subscription plan (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual) and complete the payment. You'll have immediate access to their subscriber-only content.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel any subscription at any time from Settings → Subscriptions. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
How do I pay?
We accept credit/debit cards and cryptocurrency. First, add funds to your Zumido wallet, then use your wallet balance for all transactions on the platform.
Can I get a refund?
Subscriptions can be cancelled but are not refunded for the remaining period. Pay-per-view and tip transactions are final. For billing errors or fraud, contact support@zumido.com.
How do I report a problem?
Use the report button on any content or profile, or contact us at support@zumido.com. For detailed information, see our Complaints Policy.
For Creators
How do I become a Creator?
Sign up for an account, then apply to become a Creator. You'll need to complete identity verification (KYC) by submitting a government-issued ID and a selfie. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
What can I earn from?
Creators earn from:
- Subscriptions: Monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, or annual plans you set
- Tips: Voluntary payments from fans
- Pay-per-view: Individual posts or messages fans pay to unlock
- Custom services: Services you define (e.g. custom content, shoutouts)
- Live streams: Free or paid access to your live broadcasts
- Messaging: Pay-per-message and voice message fees
What are the platform fees?
Zumido charges a commission on your earnings. Your commission rate is displayed in your account settings.
How do I get paid?
Set up your payout method in Settings → Payouts. We support bank transfer (SEPA) and cryptocurrency payouts. Once you reach the minimum withdrawal threshold, you can request a payout from Settings → Wallet.
How long do payouts take?
Payout processing times vary by method. Bank transfers typically take 2–5 business days. Cryptocurrency payouts are usually processed within 24 hours.
What content can I post?
You can post photos, videos, text, polls, and live streams. All content must comply with our Community Guidelines. Adult content is permitted for verified Creators with the NSFW flag enabled.
Privacy and Security
How is my data protected?
We use industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and two-factor authentication. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Can I enable two-factor authentication?
Yes. Go to Settings → Security to enable 2FA using an authenticator app.
Can I download my data?
Yes. Under Settings → Account, you can request a data export that includes your account information, transaction history, and content metadata (GDPR Art. 20).
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Settings → Account → Danger Zone to permanently delete your account. This action cannot be undone.

Zumido is operated by Zumido GmbH, a company incorporated in Switzerland.
What laws govern the platform?
The Platform operates under Swiss law. We also comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for European users and the DMCA for copyright matters.
