DMCA Copyright Policy

Zumido GmbH ("Zumido") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects all users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable Swiss and international copyright law, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Platform.
Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe that content on Zumido infringes your copyright, please send a written takedown notice to our designated DMCA agent containing:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The specific URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content on Zumido
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf
- Your electronic or physical signature
Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification containing:
- Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address
- Identification of the removed content and its original location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland
- Your electronic or physical signature
Repeat Infringers
Zumido maintains a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Accounts that receive three valid DMCA strikes will be permanently terminated.
Response Time
We will review and respond to valid DMCA notices within 3 business days.
